Short, and in plain English.

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the time you signed up, and which page you signed up from. That is the whole record.

Your IP address is held in memory for a few minutes to stop abuse of the form. It is not saved with your signup. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs.

We use your email, with your consent, to send you a welcome email, your beta invite, and occasional updates about the beta. Nothing else.

Every email has an unsubscribe link that works in one click. When you unsubscribe we stop emailing you and keep only the fact that you unsubscribed, so we never email that address again by mistake.

We don't sell or rent your data. We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies on this site. We don't put tracking pixels or tracked links in our emails.

Supabase stores the waitlist. Resend delivers our email. Vercel hosts this website. They process data on our behalf, in the United States, and only to provide those services.

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. If you ask for deletion we remove your record completely.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing info@tidygiant.com. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.

Tidy Giant is not meant for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.
